Note: This email is directed to BUILDING CONTRACTORS in British Columbia that would like to install septic systems under the Ministry of Health Home Owner Installation Option.

This option gives you the opportunity of installing septic systems (legally) for home owners.

To use this option the home owner (with your assistance) must fill out this ONLINE FORM to qualify. There are very few that would NOT qualify; we just don't want "headache" projects with people that have no idea of how basic construction works.

If they are successful we send them (and you) a response which shows the next steps. It is important that your preferred excavation company does the site investigation to keep things on track.
