Dear Building Supply Store,
Are you interested in generating new revenue? Have you thought about expanding your product offering to customers building in rural areas? Are you interested in working with Innovative Products? Working with Turtle Tanks is a logical choice! We are proposing a working relationship to provide a full suite of products and services to Building Supply Stores who are looking at bringing back revenue to their stores. There is a significant opportunity for generating new revenue AND winning new customers who are building homes in rural areas. Old Regulations Prior to the regulatory changes on septic systems in 2007, building supply stores made revenue on the sale of septic tanks, distribution boxes, pipes, fittings and a variety of other accessories. Once it became unlawful for anyone, except an "authorized person" to design and install a septic system, building supply stores were cut out of the picture as general contractors and homeowners could no longer install their own systems. What has changed? Since 2010, the BC Union of Municipalities proposed amendments to the regulations which allowed for our company to offer a Do-It-Yourself Program, permitting homeowners and general contractors to not only contribute to the project but also give them a substantial cost reduction when it comes to installing their septic systems. What does your store have to do?
